WORKOUT 22.1
For time:
2 Rounds of:
15 Deadlift
6 Toes to bar
Then, complete 60 double unders
2 Rounds of:
12 Deadlift
9 Toes to bar
Then, complete 60 double unders
2 Rounds of:
9 Deadlift
12 Toes to bar
Then, complete 60 double unders
2 Rounds of:
6 Deadlift
15 Toes to bar
Then, complete 60 double unders
2 Rounds of:
3 Deadlift
18 Toes to bar
Then, complete 60 double unders
The time limit is 20 minutes.
Tie break time is taken at each set of completed double unders.
VARIATIONS
Individual and Team Rx:
Men use 135 lb., 185 lb., 225 lb., 315 lb., 365 lb.
Women use 95 lb., 125 lb., 155 lb., 205 lb., 245 lb.
Individual and Team Open, and 40+ Individual:
Men use 105 lb., 135 lb., 165 lb., 235 lb., 275 lb.
Women use 70 lbs., 95 lb., 110 lb., 165 lb., 185 lb.
NOTES
This workout begins with the athlete standing at the deadlift bar. After the call of “3, 2, 1 ... go,” the athlete will begin on their first couplet of deadlift and toes to bar. Once two rounds of deadlifts and toes to bar are complete, they will do one set of double unders before moving to the next deadlift and toes to bar couplet. Athletes will continue progressing through each couplet completing two rounds and one set of double unders until the workout is complete or the 20-minute time cap is met.
EQUIPMENT
Men use 45 lb barbell. Women use either 35 lb. or 45 lb. barbell.

*The official weight is in pounds. For each workout, be sure the athlete has adequate space to safely complete all the movements. Any athlete who in any way alters the equipment or movements described in this document or shown in the workout video may be disqualified from the competition.

MOVEMENT STANDARDS
Deadlift

Deadlifts begin with both sides of the weights touching the ground at the same time. Then, the athlete will lift the bar to their waist, ensuring that both the knees and hips come to a full lockout. A traditional (non-sumo) deadlift is required. Belts may be used. Lifting straps are not allowed. Bouncing the barbell weights off the ground is not allowed. Only one barbell may be used during the workout. Partners may assist in loading weights.
Toes to bar

In the toes to the bar, the athlete must go from a full hang to having the toes touch the pull-up bar. At the start of each rep, the arms must be fully extended with the feet off the ground, and the feet must be brought back behind the bar and the rest of the body. Both feet must contact the bar at the same time with the feet inside the hands.
Double under

This is the standard double-under in which the rope passes completely under the feet twice for each jump. The rope must spin forward for the rep to count.
